1. These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Vault22 “Beta Test Program".

2. By registering interest, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

3. This Beta Test Program is operated by 22seven (Pty) Ltd, trading as Vault22 a financial fitness technology company providing innovative solutions for managing personal finance, investments, and financial well-being.

4. This Program is a limited-time opportunity designed to test and refine the Vault22 Wealth and investment platform before its official public release.

2.1 To participate, applicants must meet all the following eligibility criteria:

a. Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
b. Be a legal resident of South Africa
c. Have a valid South African ID number.
d. Hold an active South African bank account for funding and investment purposes.
e. Download and register on the Vault22 Wealth app, linking their bank account.
f. Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screening as required by the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA).
g. Invest a minimum of R500 in a Vault22 Wealth portfolio during the Beta Test Program period.
h. Accept the invitation within 48 hours of being contacted.
i. Make the minimum investment (R500) within 48 hours of acceptance.

2.2 The following individuals are not eligible to participate

a. Employees, directors, officers, agents, and affiliates of 22seven (Pty) Ltd.
b. Immediate family members of employees, including spouses, children, and siblings.
c. Any individual involved in designing or operating this Beta Test Program.

2.3 Selection Process:

a. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection into the Beta Test Program.
b. Vault22 reserves the right to select participants at their discretion.
c. Vault22 reserves the right to limit the number of Beta Test participants based on capacity and testing requirements.

3.1 The Beta Test Period will begin on 25th of February 2025 and end on 15 March 2025

3.2 Registrations submitted outside the Beta Test Period will not be considered.

4.1 Eligible participants must:

a. Register their interest and wait for selection confirmation from Vault22.
b. Follow the instructions received and complete their minimum R500 investment into any Vault22 Wealth portfolio.
c. Ensure that the investment is successfully processed and reflects in their Vault22 account within 48 hours of receiving the participation instructions.

4.2 If a participant fails to meet any of the requirements within the specified timeframe, their selection may be forfeited.

5.1 Reward Criteria

a. Only participants who meet all eligibility, participation requirements and are selected by Vault22 will be eligible for the R500 reward.
b. A total of 100 participants will be selected for the reward.

5.2 Reward Payment

a. The R500 reward will be credited to the participant’s Vault22 Wealth account within 5 business days after their investment is confirmed.
b. The reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5.3 Investment Retention Period

a. Participants must maintain a minimum balance of R500 in their investment for at least 12 months from the date of investment.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

a. Participants will have the option to withdraw their original investment amount (R500 or more) only one week after the Beta Test Program ends.

6.1 Fair Selection Process

a. Vault22 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants before confirming selection.
b. Vault22 reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with these terms, provides false information, or engages in fraudulent activity.

6.2 Modification & Termination

a. Vault22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Beta Test Program at any time without prior notice.
b. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be communicated via the Vault22 website and app

6.3 Regulatory Compliance

a. Investments made through Vault22 are subject to market risks, and participants should seek independent financial advice if necessary.
b. Vault22 complies with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) and other applicable financial regulations.

6.4 Liability & Risk Disclaimer

a. Vault22  is not liable for any losses incurred due to investment risks, system failures, delays, or force majeure events.
b. Vault22  does not guarantee investment returns, and participants acknowledge that all investments carry inherent risks.

7.1 Any personal information collected during this Beta Test Program will be processed in accordance with Vault22’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.vault22.io/privacy-policy

7.2 Data collected may be used to;

a. Verify participant eligibility.
b. Process investment transactions.
c. Conduct research and analytics for product improvement.
d. Communicate with participants regarding program updates
